Software developer. Business owner. Fernandina Beach, Florida.
Everitt Gill.
Building the vision.
After his strongest quarter in real estate, Everitt Gill turned to software. Now he builds tools that help businesses find customers—and Mandarin learners find their voice.

01 / The move
After his best quarter,
a change of course.
Real estate was going well. Gill had just finished the strongest quarter of his career when he focused more heavily on writing code. That focus grew into Aim Assist Technology.
He studied full-stack web development through Georgia Tech. Today, he runs Aim Assist and develops its products himself. His experience in real estate informs both sides of the work: understanding what a business needs and building something it can use.
The first product began with a problem of his own.
02 / The first product
A Mandarin student
builds his own tool.
Watch Your Tones was the turning point. Gill wanted more opportunities to speak Mandarin, with feedback on the tones and pronunciation he found difficult to judge himself.
He built a conversational learning platform designed to respond at the learner’s level and give feedback along the way. He still studies Mandarin with it most days.
03 / Evidence in the work
24 articles.
Google’s top ten.
For Salt Harbor Real Estate, The Blogs Machine turned local expertise into articles that appeared in Google’s top ten. The September 5, 2026 report recorded:
of published articles reached a top-ten average Google position for at least one query.
- Articles in the top ten
- 24 of 75
- Articles in the top three
- 16
- From first publication to reporting cutoff

Counts use page-query average positions, with each article counted once; top-three articles are included in the top-ten total. This is a dated result, not a claim about current rankings.

Watch Your Tones
Pairs spoken Mandarin practice with feedback on tones and pronunciation.
05 / Beyond work
Five courses.
Something unfamiliar.
Gill has traveled to nearly thirty countries, and his curiosity follows him into the kitchen. Five or six times a year, he hosts dinners for up to six guests, serving five courses. He always tries to introduce something they haven’t tasted before: Sichuan food, a wine from the Republic of Georgia, or his own take on an American classic.
He also wrote a comic parody, If You Give A Seagull a Cigarette, about a restaurant-working seagull whose life goes spectacularly off course.
06 / What comes next
Position is the product.
His vision for Aim Assist is a tight, fast-moving engineering team that identifies valuable positions in a market and builds the technology to deliver them to clients.
For a real estate business, that means appearing where prospective clients search. For a roofing company, it means knowing which homeowners are likely to need its services now. Those are the opportunities he wants Aim Assist to deliver.
